General information:
SPSCAN executables are now available for external users: recommended for peak picking and integration of 3D spectra, ECOSY evaluation, reduced-dimensionality spectra.
For group members:
Installed versions
On all computers Release 1.3.12 is available as "xeasy".
On Sun's, it has the "old" (release 2) Motif library statically linked, so the there are no longer problems with the LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
xeasy=xeasy312 is compiled DIMENSION=4 - this is necessary to use the 4D peaklists that
result from the 3D projected spectra.
The problem is that "-l" cannot read the 3D xeasy.defaults. -->
suggested solution: use xeasy310.
Release 1.2.11 will continue to be available as "xeasy211" on SUN's only. The second latest release is available as xeasy310 or something like that, until the latest release proved to be stable.
